विधानसभा परिसर में विपक्ष ने लगाई शैडो असेंबली, कहा-माफी मांगें नीतीश
पटना। बिहार में मुख्य विपक्षी दल RJD के नेताओं तेजस्वी यादव और तेजप्रताप यादव के खिलाफ पटना के दो अलग-अलग थानों में FIR दर्ज कराई गई है। इनके अलावा पार्टी के कई अन्य नेताओं सहित करीब 3 हजार कार्यकर्ताओं के ऊपर भी केस दर्ज कराया गया है। इनके ऊपर हिंसा करने और सरकारी संपत्ति को नुकसान पहुंचाने का आरोप है।
दूसरी ओर RJD का कहना है कि पुलिस ने उसके नेताओं और कार्यकर्ताओं की बेवजह पिटाई की है। पार्टी ने दोषी पुलिसकर्मियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग की है। RJD सहित तमाम विपक्षी दलों ने बुधवार को विधानसभा परिसर के बाहर शैडो असेंबली लगाई थी। शैडो असेंबली में मंगलवार को विपक्षी नेताओं के खिलाफ मार्शल एक्शन के लिए मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार को जिम्मेदार ठहराते हुए उनसे माफी की मांग की गई।
पुलिस अधिनियम बिल के खिलाफ कर रहे थे मार्च
RJD ने मंगलवार को पटना में पुलिस अधिनियम बिल 2021 के विरोध में विधानसभा तक पैदल मार्च किया था। तेजस्वी और तेजप्रताप इसकी अगुआई कर रहे थे। उनके साथ हजारों समर्थक थे। लेकिन, कुछ ही देर में मार्च ने हिंसक स्वरूप ले लिया। पुलिस का आरोप है कि RJD कार्यकर्ताओं के उग्र प्रदर्शन की वजह से पुलिसकर्मी और पत्रकार को चोटें आई हैं। एक FIR कोतवाली थाने में और दूसरी दूसरी गांधी मैदान थाने में दर्ज कराई गई है।
पथराव में पुलिसकर्मी और पत्रकार का फूटा था सिर
डाकबंगला चौराहे पर पुलिस और पार्टी के कार्यकर्ताओं के बीच झड़प हो गई। इसमें एक जवान के सिर में चोट आई। इसके बाद पुलिस ने लाठीचार्ज कर दिया। RJD का आरोप है कि इस लाठीचार्ज में उसके कई कार्यकर्ता घायल हुए हैं। दूसरी ओर पुलिस का आरोप है कि RJD के कार्यकर्ता झोले में पत्थर और ईंट के टुकड़े भरकर लाए थे।
विधानसभा अध्यक्ष को बंधक बनाया, रात 9 बजे पारित हुआ बिल
सत्तारूढ़ पार्टियों JDU और भाजपा के नेताओं का आरोप है कि बिल का विरोध कर रहे RJD विधायकों ने विधानसभा अध्यक्ष विजय सिन्हा को उनके चैंबर में बंधक बना लिया था। इसके बाद मार्शल ने RJD विधायकों को बाहर किया। RJD नेताओं के ऊपर DM और SSP के साथ भी धक्का-मुक्की करने के आरोप लगाए गए हैं। तमाम हंगामे के बाद रात 9 बजे पुलिस की सहायता से बिल पास हो पाया।
तेजस्वी यादव विधानसभा परिसर पहुंचे
विधानमंडल के बजट सत्र के 21वें दिन बुधवार को विपक्षी विधायकों ने विरोध का नया तरीका निकालते हुए विधानसभा परिसर में शैडो असेंबली चलाई। वे विधानसभा के अंदर कार्यवाही में हिस्सा लेने के लिए नहीं जा रहे हैं। RJD विधायक भूदेव चौधरी को शैडो असेंबली का अध्यक्ष बनाया गया। विपक्षी दल के विधायक पूरे मामले में CM नीतीश कुमार से माफी की मांग कर रहे हैं। तेजस्वी यादव भी विधानसभा परिसर पहुंच गए थे। विपक्षी दलों की कई महिला विधायकों ने सत्तारूढ़ दलों के नेताओं को चूड़ियां भी दिखाईं। इससे वे बताना चाह रही थीं कि JDU और भाजपा नेता कायर हैं।

RJD के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष जगदानंद सिंह, राष्ट्रीय उपाध्यक्ष श्याम रजक, निराला यादव, पूर्व मंत्री अब्दुल बारी सिद्दीकी, विधायक रीतलाल यादव, निर्भय अम्बेडकर, आजाद गांधी, महताब आलम, प्रेम गुप्ता, भाई अरुण, पूर्व विधायक राजेन्द्र यादव, पूर्व मंत्री रमई राम, पूर्व विधायक शक्ति यादव, युवा राजद के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष कारी सुहैब, पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री कांति सिंह और अर्चना यादव। साथ ही करीब 3 हजार कार्यकर्ताओं के खिलाफ भी रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई गई है।
