जयपुर@जागरूक जनता । राजस्थान में लगातार बढ़ रहे कोरोना संक्रमण को देखते हुए राज्य सरकार ने प्रदेश में संपूर्ण लॉकडाउन घोषित किया है । लॉकडाउन 10 मई सुबह 5:00 से 24 मई सुबह 5:00 बजे तक रहेगा। लॉक डाउन की पाबंदियों के तहत प्रदेश में शादियों पर रोक लगाने साथ ही अति आवश्यक सेवाओं को छोड़कर अन्य सभी गतिविधियों पर पूरी तरह रोक लगा दी गई है। मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने मंत्री परिषद की बैठक के बाद संपूर्ण लॉकडाउन लगाने की घोषणा की है ।पढ़े पूरी गाइडलाइन
राज्य में 10 मई की प्रातः 5 बजे से 24 मई की प्रातः 5 बजे तक लाॅकडाउन रहेगा।
राज्य में विवाह समारोह 31 मई 2021 के बाद ही आयोजित किए जाएं।
विवाह से संबंधित किसी भी प्रकार के समारोह, डीजे, बारात एवं निकासी तथा प्रीतिभोज आदि की अनुमति 31 मई तक नहीं होगी।
विवाह घर पर ही अथवा कोर्ट मैरिज के रूप में ही करने की अनुमति होगी, जिसमें केवल 11 व्यक्ति ही अनुमत होंगे। जिसकी सूचना वेब पोर्टल पर देनी होगी।
विवाह में बैण्ड-बाजे, हलवाई, टैन्ट या इस प्रकार के अन्य किसी भी व्यक्ति के सम्मिलित होने की अनुमति नहीं होगी।
शादी के लिए टैन्ट हाउस एवं हलवाई से संबंधित किसी भी प्रकार के सामान की होम डिलीवरी भी नहीं की जा सकेगी।
मैरिज गार्डन, मैरिज हाॅल एवं होटल परिसर को शादी-समारोह के लिए बंद रहेंगे।
विवाह स्थल मालिकांे, टैन्ट व्यवसायियों, कैटरिंग संचालकों और बैण्ड-बाजा वादकों आदि को एडवांस बुकिंग राशि आयोजनकर्ता को लौटानी होगी या बाद में आयोजन करने पर समायोजित करनी होगी।
किसी भी प्रकार के सामूहिक भोज की अनुमति नहीं होगी।
ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में श्रमिकों के संक्रमित होने के मामले सामने आए हैं, इसे देखते हुए मनरेगा के कार्य स्थगित रहेंगे। इस संबंध में ग्रामीण विकास विभाग विस्तृत दिशा-निर्देश जारी करेगा।
सभी प्रकार के धार्मिक स्थल बंद रहेंगे।आमजन से अपील है कि पूजा-अर्चना, इबादत, प्रार्थना घर पर रहकर ही करें।
अस्पताल में भर्ती कोविड पाॅजिटिव रोगी की देखभाल के लिए अटेन्डेन्ट के संबंध में चिकित्सा विभाग अलग से गाइडलाइन जारी करेगा।
मेडिकल सेवाओं के अतिरिक्त सभी प्रकार के निजी एवं सरकारी परिवहन के साधन जैसे- बस, जीप आदि पूरी तरह बंद रहेंगे। बारात के आवागमन के लिए बस, आॅटो, टैम्पो, ट्रेक्टर, जीप आदि की अनुमति नहीं होगी।
अन्तर्राज्यीय एवं राज्य के भीतर माल का परिवहन करने वाले भारी वाहनों का आवागमन, माल की लोडिंग एवं अनलोडिंग तथा इस कार्य के लिए नियोजित व्यक्ति अनुमत हांेगे।
राज्य में मेडिकल, अन्य इमरजेंसी एवं अनुमत श्रेणियों को छोड़कर एक जिले से दूसरे जिले, एक शहर से दूसरे शहर, शहर से गांव, गांव से शहर और एक गांव से दूसरे गांव में सभी प्रकार के आवागमन पर पूर्ण प्रतिबंध रहेगा।
राज्य के बाहर से आने वाले यात्रियों को 72 घंटे के भीतर करवाई गई आरटीपीसीआर नेगेटिव जांच रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करना अनिवार्य होगा। यदि कोई यात्री नेगेटिव जांच रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत नहीं करता है, तो उसे 15 दिन के लिए क्वारेंटीन किया जाएगा।
श्रमिकों के पलायन को रोकने के लिए उद्योगों एवं निर्माण से संबंधित सभी इकाइयों में कार्य करने की अनुमति होगी। श्रमिकों को आवागमन में असुविधा नहीं हो, इसके लिए इन इकाइयों द्वारा पहचान पत्र जारी किया जाएगा।
उद्योग एवं निर्माण इकाई द्वारा श्रमिकों के आवागमन के लिए विशेष बस का संचालन अनुमत होगा। इन संस्थानों को श्रमिकों के पास के लिए अधिकृत व्यक्ति के हस्ताक्षर एवं विवरण तथा विशेष बस के नम्बर एवं वाहन चालक का नाम जिला कलेक्टर कार्यालय में प्रस्तुत करने होंगे।
निर्माण सामग्री से संबंधित दुकानें नहीं खुल सकेगी। माल के आवागमन के लिए दी गई छूट के अनुसार दूरभाष अथवा इलेक्ट्राॅनिक माध्यम से आॅर्डर मिलने पर सामग्री की आपूर्ति की जा सकेगी।
शेष व्यावसायिक गतिविधियां 30 अप्रेल, 2021 को जारी महामारी रेड अलर्ट जन अनुशासन पखवाड़े की गाइडलाइन के अनुसार अनुमत रहेंगी।
जिला कलेक्टर एवं पुलिस कमिश्नर द्वारा कंटेनमेन्ट जोन में स्थानीय आवश्यकता के अनुसार और भी सख्त प्रतिबंध लगाए जा सकते हैं।
